In a complicated world, I try to keep things simple. I provide two options.
A HALF DAY SESSION - $2,500 (up to 15 final images, retouched and post-processed)
AND A FULL DAY SESSION - $4,000 (up to 25 final images, retouched and post-processed)
Here is an example of a FULL DAY SESSION:
A full day, which comes to $3,400 - ensures the entire property/space is comprehensively photographed, and also adds the benefit of allowing the opportunity to shoot each specific space at the precise time that the light hits that one particular scene perfectly. From a full day, typically 35-45 images are captured, and you can then pick 30 final images to be retouched and processed for delivery. You then have the option to purchase additional images to be retouched.

We can get a lot done in a HALF DAY SESSION. If things are for the most part either presented or staged fairly close to perfect, typically 25-35 images are captured, and you can then pick 20 final images to be retouched and processed for delivery. You then have the option to purchase additional images to be retouched as well.
Extras; Photo-styling!
By no means is a professional stylist and stager compulsory or even necessary on every single photoshoot. Some of the best and most compelling images I have produced, have come directly from the owners own decoration, and the organic means in which they utilize the space - however if you feel the spaces and images in any way could be improved by a professional photo stylist, then I simply cannot recommend it enough.
A photo-stylist/creative director can be the difference between your images being purposeful for a year, or a decade.
