PHOTOSHOOT ITINERARY
DAY 1.
MONDAY 21st MARCH
Space: GYM
Time: 8:30am
Part 1. Scope and Scale Gym
Unique to LNH gym, is its unusual large size and how comprehensive the equipment is.
We will start with 3-4 broad strokes images that the different sections of the gym:
cardio / dumbells / squat-and-bench racks.
This will primarily be people-less images - and there will be a great deal of importance for the spaces to be extremely tidy and proportionally staged beforehand. Less importance on micro styling (lifestyle details) and more focus on symmetry of large components (weights, benches, towels).
Part 2. Lifestyle/Editorial Images
Content primarily aimed at instagram - with heavy use of talent.
Also highlight pieces of equipment that are rare to see in a hotel gym: Sprinting machine, squat rack etc.
Would also be great to have a yoga pose on a yoga mat.

Part 3. Bed/Bedroom Space
Similarly to the gym, we will start broad and wide, taking in the entire bed space. And then slowly working in, and in on the details - creating little scenes and creating drama with messy beds and props.
Lastly we will add the talent for some creative lifestyle images.

LUNCH
Space: Premium Corner Hotel Room

Time: 2:30pm
Part 1. Bed/Bedroom/Bench
The focus will be to highlight the unique curved bench and window from both a macro broad-strokes perspective, and also detailed lifestyle and staged images of the surface’s utility.

Time: 5:00pm
Part 1. Dusk/Golden Hour Cocktails and Drinks
To offer some life and activation to the images, we could have hands hold glass / stirring / pouring sharker into glass.

Part 2.
Expansive space architectural images of the design and layout, that also offers up the contextual relationship of the rooftop and the cityscape surrounding.
DAY 2.
Tuesday 22nd MARCH

Part 1. Micro Details and Lifestyle
Faux work space settings with styling and staging with coffee.

Part 3. Architectural Room/Space Photos
The landscape of the room has already been photographed quite well - however I feel like its vertical volume could be captured better, taking in the feature curtains and lighting.

This will be a repeat in many ways of Part 3. East Facing Hotel Room (w/ bamboo garden out window) from the previous room - however this time more directly highlighting the more expansive city view.

Part 1. Cocktails/drinks
Cocktails being made / drinks half drank to activate the image / maybe hand on bar holding glass or next to glass.
Part 2. Broad shots
Wider angle images of the bar itself, with the bar tender - potentially showing the contextual flow to the lounge area as well (relationship between the bar and lounge space)

Solo-Photographer Session
In many ways a repeat of the morning session I will do - however the light will have transformed dramatically with a vastly different offering in terms of compelling images.
